@mguhlin I make Chai - it’s great. Just boil some cloves, ginger, cinnamon stick, pepper, and black and green cardamom for 20 minutes or so, then add a couple of teabags to steep for as long as you like. Strain, and drink plain, or with milk and sugar, or even iced. Nice strong flavors - use fresh cloves and grind them - and really delicious hot with milk and sugar. I think you can buy it in teabags, too, if you want to avoid this drawn-out process!
