I was asked to set up a Samsung Smart TV today and I'm stunned. Does anyone read their terms? They **require** you to sign/accept a contract with Samsung that allows them to monetize your data if you want to use any online feature of the TV. (Yes, that's kind of the good news, they don't require it when you just want to watch regular TV)
How do those things even sell? Why does anyone agree to this garbage? Is literally no one reading this stuff? Does no one care?

@sheogorath and the thing is even worse: the fact that they don't require a permission to use your data when you're offline, doesn't mean that they are not using it... xD
