@lzvolk @RedEx1 From the article it is noted that the manuscript was made in England between AD700 and AD750. Further it is thought that Eadburg was the author of the markings. There are at least nine known contenders for the role.

In summation at present from my understanding there is no definite time for when the markings were made.

@bibliolater @RedEx1. Was curious because most of life on the island was disrupted shortly after 750 AD (i.e. ~770 or 780) by marauding bands of Scandinavians. One of their targets of destruction was places representing Christianity. Seems this text found sanctuary somewhere.

@lzvolk @RedEx1 One of the contenders for Eadburg was an abbess of a female religious community at Minster-in-Thanet in the mid-eighth century. Minster-in-Thanet is a village located in the southern English county of Kent.
