@Hyolobrika@berserker.town i think that alcohol is good to consume while depressed. for the pills i know, ethanol is used as solvent, so it should be fine in principle. will probably solve some extra (not polar) compounds which are not solved in water. in the end it's just my personal observation that tea works as fine, if not better, for me as the extract pills do.

sidenote: st. johns is not to be combined with ssri due to risk of serotonin syndrome.
