you know, if the green quadrant weren't the ones constantly making fun/hating on "white techbros" (hint: intelligent people with strong opinions whats technically and morally sound), they for sure would have more support. e.g. renewable energy makes much sense if applied right.
i don't have any inclination to deal with the green quadrant anymore by now. it's always just about how everything is my fault, and how i should give away things for free because of my guilt. their solutions are technocratic and dystopian quick fixes. see the botched vaccines against covid. the forced exit out of nuclear power without having enough alternatives and requiring even more electricity now due to banning combustion engines. throwing more weapons into a war because that will help preventing deaths of civilians in a country which has essentially drafted every civilian male.
green quadrant is literally the bullshit quadrant. they talk about me (supposedly a white techbro) like evil incarnate, demanding my help while literally making my life worse all the time with their broken bullshit solutions.

while it in reality there probably also was nerd bashing, at least the auth left were usually including every profession in the happy worker collective just out of necessity for an industrial society. well, except pol pot and maybe some others. come to think of it, maybe it's time for some dead kennedys listening.
i think _my_ problem is that it's really just lies, starting with thinly veiled marxism, to fucking the environment for profits.
someone here a few days ago wrote that his litmus test for environmentalism is to invite people to pick up trash in the forest. green quadrants usually want to spend their time going to protests instead, waiting for the "big solution". can't say that i have observed differently.

@CapitalB i buy only non hybrid seeds for my garden from bingenheimer which work together with farmers keeping up these old varieties :)

Are they green party or green as in the environment? I would assume they would be/not necessarily different.
You have red, blue, your next obvious choice if we're sticking to primaries wouldn't be yellow. That's two syllables.

@bonifartius Not only do they oppose the fossil free solution of fission power, but they ALSO object to building out the hydro power in North Sweden, because of the natural beauty of the untouched rivers... When in reality, extremely few people live there and the ones I know (who do live there) don't care whether it is a beautiful lake or a "untouched river".
All the treehuggers should simply have their technology seized and put in 18th century homes on the country side.
@bonifartius almost all “green” policy is thinly-veiled Marxism. Most of them are a lot more worried about stealing corporate profits than they are about cleaning up waterways or reducing CO2.
