cooked jam from sorbus aucuparia and apples, it's tasty but quite bitter. maybe should've cooked it a bit longer to further degrade the parasorbic acid :)
@Sophistifunk i don't think it's native to australia. it's essentially very small bitter apples ;)
@Sophistifunk they are a common shrub here, so it's fruits are for free
