some commie on here posted the utterly deranged take that renting out property isn't producing value.
they probably never have had to do maintenance on a property. that's the obvious value created, besides things like providing people a choice if they want to buy or rent. renters don't have to care for anything upkeep and can just move away.
having to deal with the antics of entitled leftie renters is probably a full time job anyway.

@McMongoose nah, i think the problem is entitlement. while renting i also had entitled landlords who were shitty and didn't keep up maintenance but i also had landlords who were pretty nice and fulfilled their contract.
