@dbattistella you forgot soil that is already 28% - 60% plastic (depending on your continent) that will within 30 years become incapable of supporting crops.
but the 250,000 plastic nano particles in every bottle of water will probably kill you first.

i think it's a very valid and big problem, but the numbers have to be true :)
