I used to be on the verge of a panic attack pretty much all the time. When I take this twice a day, I feel fine. I feel hopeful, in control. No more spiraling thoughts. And if that's not enough, it dissolves in coffee and makes it DELICIOUS. I just suggest swishing it as you drink it so it doesn't settle to the bottom. Also can be added to your food.

@olmitch i have read that lions mane is supposed to have positive effects on mental health, never tried it though.

i've found that a strong chamomile tea is pretty good to take the edge out of anxiety. let's you think clear again.

st. johns worth tea fixed the "no motivation" part of the depression spiral for me. extracts of it never really worked well, i do a pretty strong tea with about 3 full tablespoons and let it soak over night. it's pretty bitter though.
