@eriner We can replace DNS with blockchain tech... but can we replace IPs?

i think replacing ips is hard, but there are enough things on top abstracting away the cabal of domains and ips. i2p is working pretty well, tor has onion domains, gnunet (unfortunately not that stable and usable) has a name service and other assorted services.
