@mangeurdenuage i had a bit or a carb spree lately, have to reduce them. they are just too easy to prepare but i already bought vegetables, eggs and cheese, so there is hope yet ;)
@mangeurdenuage yeah, canned legumes are rather cheap and easy to prepare as salad. hummus from canned chick peas is a good and simple food as well imo. just need a dash of tahine of which a glass lasts a long time and maybe a bit of lemon juice.
things just are a bit of a grind right now and since i don't drink or smoke anymore, easy calories is the thing my brain wants instead i just have to cheat it i guess!
@mangeurdenuage yeah, but not almost completely like pasta or potatoes ;)
@mangeurdenuage especially noodles are shit for me. potatoes can be a nice part of something, like potatoes and scrambled eggs etc. but with noodles you have a meal which consists almost completely of carbs
>i had a bit or a carb spree lately
It happens, happened to me a few weeks ago.
>they are just too easy to prepare
there's just cheap that's the issue for me.
Otherwise I don't have that issue of easy preparing, for example here at the grocery store you can get 660g jars of organic snap for 1,50 and you just have to remove the water from them (with results with 360g of snap beans) then you add the condiment you wish.
