like, i had some nice conversations with someone in '21 who immediately flipped into "YOU DESERVE TO DIE" upon hearing that i didn't get the magic mrna juice.

ah, that. For me it was the inability to "get it" re:afd, the stubborn alignment with the German federal state and the increasingly more frequent "Berlin/The EU should..." in violation of basic hacker ethics (one being decentralization and distribution).

@CapitalB oh, well, they are in no way aligned with hacker ethics anymore, yes :) used to be anarchists.
