They do not.

It is not autism, they are just very literal-minded.
They do not understand how to mind their business.
Do not confuse being a stubborn but orderly serf with keeping to yourself.

There are some good ones but I don't know how to tell them apart and most of the people that are only half-German that I know are fine.
