I guess I have to buy giant warming trays so I can serve industrial amounts of eggs and sausage to the people coming here in August. the amount of money this has cost me and will cost me personally in the next like 2-3 weeks is insane. so this is going to be the best shit ever GOD BLESS
@Heil_Honkler okay but I still need to cook like 100-150 eggs PER DAY work of scrambled to feed these people
@graf Also would put out a feeler or two to your guests see if anyone would mind lending a hand.
@Heil_Honkler brother everybody is making a meal each lunch or dinner for the week. I am in charge of breakfast. people will help me, maybe the girls I hung out with this weekend will help me who knows. but WHERE AM I GOING TO PUT A THOUSAND+ EGGS unless I get a delivery every night for the following morning

@graf @Heil_Honkler can you get unwashed not store cooled (because of condensation) eggs? if fresh out of the chicken they can easy last one week at normal room temperature. whats inside is pretty sterile, its for baby chickens after all, as long as the natural coat isn't washed off.

@graf @Heil_Honkler probably good way to get giant loads of eggs :) the chicken farms here all have small booths were you can buy eggs by the tray

@CapitalB @graf @Heil_Honkler sure, but one week should be totally safe and the eggses never last as long here - i can just go to the farmer down the road to get more ;)
