try it as tea, works better than the extract pills. almost as if plants were not meant to be used as absurdly high concentrated extracts.

alle hebammen die ich kenne haben vom kinder zur welt bringen mehr ahnung als alle ärzte zusammen. wenn hebammen etwas empfehlen hat das zu 99% immer einen guten grund. wahrscheinlich sogar bei homöopathie, auch wenn ich das selbst eher kritisch sehe. osteopathie ist z.b. überhaupt nicht schwurbelige zauberkunst sondern ziemlich sinnvoll und gut wissenschaftlich begründbar mmn.

aber in diesem fall ist den müttern wahrscheinlich die konsistenz ihres eigenen weltbilds wichtiger. sonst hätten sie ja garkeine einwände gegen eine kontrolle des gerinnungsfaktors 🤡

it's interesting how eager people are to fight and possibly die only to be exploited by other capitalists in the end.

i can get it if you fight in, say, national socialists vs. communists. or anarchists vs. monarchists. or islamic state vs. the west. there's likely some real difference for you in the end if you live.

sda1 ist die efi boot partition, sda2 ist eine partition die partitionen beinhaltet, weil mit den alten (statt GPT) tabellen nur 4 partitionen möglich sind. sda5 ist also in sda2 enthalten und ist die erste "unterpartition" von sda2. 5 weil sda3 und sda4 für die "regulären" partitionen vorgesehen sind.

@Hyolobrika@mstdn.io what eink device do you use? i'd really like to have one again but everything i find is either meh hardware or i can't put my own files onto it without the cloud..

@Hyolobrika@berserker.town another thing which might help: think about interesting technical problems, like how to build something, how to program something. occupies the mind with something neutral if you are troubled by "life" problems. i one time even had a pretty good idea and managed to remember it the next day ;)

@Hyolobrika@mstdn.io people online and offline. i don't often tell people in RL that i'm not vaccinated as i'm not eager to get branded on bullshit criteria and it's nobodies business anyway.

reading stuff some people write (e.g. people from work) on twitter is a real (disgusting) eye-opener. same with other people online.

the weirdest thing is that it's always people who have/had "problems" (financial/health/etc.). it's almost as if they are eager to please the government because it "helped" them during their hardship. if you have things like general healthcare or unemployment benefits, you don't have to say thanks for using these services. they are your right because you paid for them.
