@lucifargundam this is a missing utility cover, they seem to be durably mounted, so not sure how this one got away. For us, generally, there's this huge delay between our city's mote in eye and wiping it clear. I'm wondering if escooter and ebike is hastening breakage. This street is hectic and dangerous to ride in the street.
