just had an interesting conversation with dell today. Looks like Rand's issue might actually be a non issue, honestly. His audio and his USB both seem to be working. Though I fear that I may have sullied my relationship with them by accident via sort of arguing with a rep who was just trying to inform. Here's why I hate being called "m'am".
