It was a line. She knew she couldn’t win. She just never expected to lose this badly. They’re flooding the courts with cases that “…not only lack[] substance but [are] categorically absurd.” They know they can’t win *ligitimately.* The bottom line was the “story” narrative, “I don’t want to lose hope in our system.” READ: Watch me undermine faith in our system.

This is excellent reading! Why is the dismissal of Shotgun Pleadings so closely associated with the 11th Circuit? Are they rarer, or more tolerated, in other courts? Florida Man effect? :)
