What is something you learned in math that made you loose a sense of innocence-- knowledge that you can never unlearn that changes the world forever?

@futurebird If you want the axiom of choice (obviously true), you’ll be stuck with Banach-Tarski (obviously false).

@nsaphra @futurebird Banach-Tarski isn't obviously false. Arbitrary point sets in ℝ³ just have very little to do with anything related to physical reality.
