@pluralistic keeps banging out these insightful, infuriating and entertaining posts every day, but I'm here for it as long as he can keep it up. BTW, a friend who's a bigshot at Intuit told me the company actually proposed to the IRS that they, Intuit, simply take over tax return processing from the IRS, so they could control both sides of the transaction. Whee!
