aside from my love of #Chemistry I’m also a collector of many hobbies! Currently obsessed with #Sewing (started in #CoronaZeit ), love #Cooking and hosting dinner parties, #BoardGames (particularly collaborative ones), doing #MakeUp and hanging with my #cat and Partner.

For exercise I practice #Yoga #Pilates and go to various indoor #Bouldering gyms around #Berlin I’m sure I missed many more but hoping to connect with the #ChemCommunity and hobby groups on here!

I am from #NovaScotia #CapeBreton and did my #PhD with @CathleenCrudden at Queens on NHC #Carbene #Materials before moving to Berlin for a #PostDoc at #MPI of Colloids and Interfaces with Markus Antionetti. After some crazy times in the group rock band I left #Academia for #Publishing and work as an Editor now for #DeGruyter

@sevignes I usually follow a pattern from an independent designer! For instance the skirt is the #axisskirt by #papercutpatterns (an all time fav!) I only started sewing in the pandemic so still don’t have the confidence to self draft, but I’m getting closer!
