Ok Mastodon, on twitter/youtube/facebook I "met" no one from France ever. I was pretty sure that France has internet because I found a very nice french guy playing Mechwarrior Online.
Two (2!) days on here and I found @lecygnenoirgame@miaou.drycat.fr and @Abe and the urge to relearn french intensifies.

@e @commandelicious @lecygnenoirgame@miaou.drycat.fr @Abe Not always, you dont want stuff in your federated feed that your user base may not want. If you have no italians then no need for italian posts.
But more importantly federation doesnt happen until you follow someone or if a follow bot is told to federate. So if no one followed very many french people before then you wont be federated with many french servers.
