@trayofbees I'm the one who modified the QOTO instance actually. Are you looking to modify your code, I can point you to the git patch for my server's code if you'd like.
@trayofbees Yup, #QOTO is a highly customized image. Can't get mathjax without doing some minor hacking to the code.
