The standardisation consortium #PICMG is headed by Jessica Isquith, who in her talk on the MTCA pointed out she's happy to see *some* #gender #diversity (namely two talks yesterday by women) in the community. It's really nice to hear this remark in a workshop/community heavily dominated by men, because I'm looking around amongst maybe 120 people and see maybe three women.
I wonder if anyone from the organisers will pick up her remark in the future.
