Very good thread, just an observation from my Meta/Twitter exodus whilome: Posting stay-in-touch-messages had close to no replys. I don't know if it's because people didn't care or if it simply wasn't shown by the algo. But it may be very disappointing.
Or: Write a post in your Meta social media, explaining where you can be contacted in the future. Ask in your post where you can contact your mutual...
