Seriously, #AMD? Packing/unpacking with absolute pathnames?

Like that's not going to give away IT secrets / privacy entirely unnecessarily. Also: I like that folks are embracing Linux but there're still lots of installations of that OS with an arbitrary limitation of path length out there.
