Produced from self-derived leukocytes, engineered retrotransposon Arc EVs (eraEVs) are immunologically inert with minimal clearance. Equipped with endothelial adhesion molecules from donor leukocytes, circulating eraEVs enter the brain enriching at neuro-inflammatory sites. "
