@paul_convery While I'm on here, the "Barnsbury-Laycock Liveable Neighborhood" is a *massive* swathe through Islington, yet outside the leafy streets there's been no notification for the residents who are going to get all the fumes from the traffic at a standstill. It's Essex Road all over again.
@davoloid I agree, it's a very large area, nearly 3 times the allegedly optimal LTN cell size. Would go from Pentonville Rd to Nags Head and Caledonian Rd to Upper Street. The pressure to adopt is from residents on Offord Rd. They say trucks are a problem. I agree, so HGV ban enforcement is needed - like the ANPR system we've put into Copenhagen Street (west), almost total compliance achieved.
