Yay to this. I've always said that post-1997 devolution measures were rushed, piecemeal and led to a lot of the political problems of the last 15 years.

England needs to accept that the British Empire has long since crumbled, and we can't sustain the rotten political structure. It's archaic, schizophrenic & dissociated from reality.

Start by moving Parliament to Birmingham temporarily whilst we work out what the UK and England Parliaments should look like. We need to refurbish the Palace of Westminster as it is, before it literally collapses.
