If you're a scientist, engineer and #author currently pushing a children's book that is aimed at #GirlsInSTEM, it's not a good look when you only answer questions from boys.

Might have just been you didn't spot any of the girls who raised their hands at your school visit / PR event / book signing, but you *must know* you've got to make that conscious effort.
