I'm one of those people who stopped watching The Walking Dead when they killed Glenn (couldn't take it, man), but I'm willing to give #RICHONNE a chance, and listening to The Talking Dead podcast again after so many years is like coming home to my two long-lost Canadian brothers.

@kevinrothrock Same here, that and the endless cycle of communities with barbaric leaders isolating themselves. (Maybe a bit too close to reality?) Am told the last series ends well so may skip to that.
@davoloid Yes, there is a problem with apocalypse stories where the initial collapse is interesting as hell, but then it descends into some replay of feudalism. The new series is a promising departure from this formula, at least as far as episode 1 goes.
