The Northern Fleet has for unknown reasons called home three warships that were supposed to show strength at Russia's Main Naval Parade in St. Petersburg later this month.

@fulelo Changes in near-term plans are never a good sign in Russia.
If these are missile boats, is there a change in the missile or a target reprogramming happening that can’t be done elsewhere?
Or a replenishment of supplies in preparation for something of long duration?
Just speculation of course, but watch what else their military does.
