Technically he's still a Bishop or at the least a Vicar?
He could go back to that or more likely retire kn whatever pension arrangements he's organised?

@simonzerafa @bloor Vicars are ordained priests assigned to a church or a group of churches. Bishops govern a Diocese. He'll remain an ordained priest, able to officiate as honorary or assistant bishop.. They also tend to be elevated to the Lords as Life Peers.
