Tree is up, and this lenticular Christmas decoration I made first time we got a 3D printer in the department.
Me & Mrs T-W about 1999.

If you know our extended family, we are extremely organised when it comes to parties. As evidenced here; 30th birthday held in a Brewery.
(Non-UK friends, there is a phrase "Can't organise a piss-up in a Brewery", I don't know if it's used elsewhere)

Xmas recommendation for someone who has issues*. A diary where you can log your worry, list some actions and then come back to it another time. Plus some nice little tips

Neighbourhood meeting fracas.

Not surprised that a local meeting to discuss a proposed road closure scheme descended into chaos, Police called, fire alarm pulled, meeting cancelled on Police advice. Despite disruption of previous schemes, lack of evidence of effectiveness the council did not read the room.

Opening with "well disabled people might have to get out of their cars" is also never a good opener.

As one old dear said to me "How much is this costing? There are people struggling because of cuts and this is just a waste."
