I wouldn't doubt it. If this country keeps going downhill I might seriously start considering leaving the country. At least the Tories are collapsing from inside, hopefully the voters take that as a hint.

Sadly, leaving the country is not a realistic option for me, for many reasons. I wish I could think of more I could do to resist. I used to wonder sometimes what I would have done, had I been a German citizen in the 1930s. Now I wonder if I am doing enough today.
@Dutch_Newchurch Indeed, I consider myself lucky in that regard that it may be a viable option for me, unlike many others. I hope it does not get to that point.
I have wondered the same thing as well. Especially pertinent as events now unnervingly mirror what happened nearly a century ago.
