Element is so damn bad. When someone sends you a message after you've set a custom notification for them, it shows up as an audio source that can be controlled with the media keys.

Except it can't.

You end up spamming the play, pause, next, and previous keys without having any effect because Element stole the focus from your *actual* media player. The only solution is reloading the webpage.

And if this doesn't happen with the desktop client, too bad. Element is webshit that belongs in a browser tab, not a full-fledged separate browser that actually isn't a browser but really is because cRoSs PlAtFoRm NaTiVe ApPlIcAtIoNs that aren't native but actually are because … people don't understand what the word native means? :blobcatshrug:
