It's really good!
So l used braggs kelp seasoning but that shits kind of expensive, so you can either boost it or grab some nori sheets, crush them up, and mix it with rosemary and a salted adobo blend...
Cut some criminis (or any mushroom) into small chunks about the size of your finger nail, and massage a generous helping of your kelp seasoning into it. Let it soak for a while...
After like a half an hour, sautee them in canola oil until they're a bit overcooked. You're going to want them to be a bit chewy like clams.
Add Imagine brand potato leek soup to a pot, add canned or preboiled diced potatoes, a splash of soymilk, some nooch, and a generous sprinkle of your kelp seasoning. Add the cooked mushrooms and simmer everything for about 15 mins and serve

Por nada! I have been working on that experiment we discussed the other day, the dried herb mixed with olive oil. Left some out finely minced, let it air dry for a couple of days. Still not mixed with the olive oil, which I plan to lightly heat, to increase extraction.
Then degust and see results. 😋
