TBH, I dislike stories like Harry Potter because antagonists there are made to look different, while the protagonists look just normal
conversely, the villains in e.g. Resident Evil look just like regular people while the heros are mixed
the former just reinforces the popular fears based on uncanny valley, while the latter offers a different (and more realistic) perspective
