@cwebber It bugs me that this concept of "your new character benefits from whatever you achieved with the previous one" is something a lot of people think of as a core characteristic of a roguelike, because in rogue and early roguelikes this was not a thing at all, so a game is not more Like Rogue by virtue of including it, so it feels Wrong that the word implies otherwise.
