After lots of conversations about this double deck trains in the Channel Tunnel issue, I *think* I have it clear in my mind: evacuating wheelchair users from a double deck Avelia Horizon in the Channel Tunnel would work, but ONLY from 1 of the 2 trainsets, if 2x 200m trains were run coupled
Not impossible, but it imposes operational constraints
