Out doing stargazing last night, and in a first for me I saw a bright green flash -- a fraction of a second -- in Perseus. Didn't appear to move, no trail. Satellite glint? Meteor?
I've seen glints before, but first time for a green one. Also seen green meteors, but they all left trails.
I am intrigued. Didn't think to record an exact time, though. 21:00 to 21:30 maybe.
