@bloor I'd say it's much worse. Brexit has caused a lot of inconvenience and made some things more expensive, but we're not on the brink of civil war with armed thugs dragging people from their homes.

@penguin42 @mansr @bloor They can impeach him. They can also remove all his powers except those tied to the constitution by simply passing a bill with a veto proof majority. The UK has disturbingly little protection at all from a lunatic pm because like everything else it's still built on the 'but he went to a posh school and has good family so he won't' model of trust
