It doesn't count as self-serving since I don't make any money from these copies, since the publisher went under without paying me :(
At least The Centre for Computing History make a couple of quid from each copy they sell :)

@falken It's tempting, but I don't have the time to prepare a digital version.
TBH, I'd prefer to find a new publisher that will work with me on a second edition, to both digital and physical copies, and then get that into bricks-and-mortar shops.
