One begins to wonder if the skills involved with this are now found huddled in a trench in Donetsk Oblast, delaying an overambitious old man's inevitable plunge from exceeding his competency.
In term of the big picture, perhaps it would be better to offer the guy amnesty, a guarantee that we'll change conventional history by not letting him run out his fate in the accustomed manner.
