@brianvastag Snow is normal in da' UP but the atmospheric river component is not.

However, if there were going to be a record snowfall chances are it'd be this week — Marquette's one-day record was 26.5 inches on March 14, 1997.

Sadly the storm rather petered out here in the Only about 6 inches in the past few days.

@fatamorgana Aw, shucks! What's total snowfall in your neck of the woods so far? My spouse who went to Tech always goes on and on about the record snowfall total back in 1978-79 when he was starting his master's.

Only about 150 inches to date in Houghton. Keweenaw County is posting 225.75 inches. We're on the lakeshore, some generally a bit less than inland.

And the MTU report doesn't include any February or March snowfall. 0_0
