@tzimmer_history @fatamorgana And it’s not just privacy naïvety that supports that, but they seem to be favoring tech that’s “for dummies”. E.g. university students in a college of natural sciences are choosing Google Docs over LaTeX to write papers.
@fatamorgana @tzimmer_history I wouldn’t go that far. They are smart enough to recognize a shockingly anti-humanity political platform, but this is a low bar to clear. I see the young generations clinging to #Facebook, #Snapchat, #Amazon, #Alexa, & other surveillance tech w/reckless disregard, which as convinced me that there is a wisdom deficeit in the younger generations.
