charcoal grills are kindof a pain in the ass, actually
@null It makes good food though... I loved my charcoal grill, but I didn't grill as much as I'd like because it's a pain. I changed to gas recently and so far I've been grilling more.
@finity to me i don't think it's any better tasting than a gas grill, but it is a lot more work for sure. gas grills are super easy
I'm just using basic charcoal though, nothing fancy. I'm out of these briquettes now, so i think i might look around for something nice next time and see how it does
