Another server provider that has unlimited bandwidth is OVH. https://us.ovhcloud.com/ is their US site. Their cheapest VPS is $6 a month with 40 GB storage, and 250Mbps traffic. OVH is a french company, but OVHUS is a subsidiary operating independently in the US to get around some regulations. All of OVHUS's servers are hosted within the US.
If you want a european or australian server, you are able to buy one through their international website, and they still deal in USD.
