Just discovered the #3D mode of #ORUI ( org-roam-ui of #emacs )!

I know that probably has been there for a while, but have never activated it! 
Do you also use #orgRoam ?
This is a core node with an index, not sure if I should use it or link nodes differently.. but comes handy and can always disable it with filters

@frayoshi I often read about orgRoam but never tried it though. Cool to see this 3D graph! I'm using Obsidian for about 3 years and there's a plugin for this as well 
Many people say they find graphs useless but I like to see a visualization of my work and it's nice to find bigger nodes that need a rework or still have to be created. What about you, do you like to use (2D) graphs?
I actually find the 2D more useful, as it also shows titles and not just spheres @ChristianKrebel , but it is interesting to visualize :)
As an example, this is the same view, but in #2D !
I considered Obsidian, but ultimately went with roam as I wanted something multi-platform, libre and potentially future proof : )
But a big factor was that I already was using emacs, so it was just about installing a package and learning it ^^
On mobile is less user friendly, but I can always refine notes on the pc, and probably better ^^
Now there's a very usable emacs for android, and in combination with the moonlander, it is not too far from the desktop experience :)
@frayoshi nice example 🙏🏻 that reminds me of the movies I track by fetching IMDB data. Through the graph I can easily spot the genres I prefer 😄
I can understand that Obsidian is not for everyone. Normal markdown files and closed source 😅 sometimes I want to switch to #logseq, maybe you know it as well.
The mobile experience is important to me so I'm a bit disappointed that most tools for thought lack in that category
