I'm currently moving from ( ) to ,
And here I have recorded a video comparing the View with the (org-roam-ui) one.

I really think the dev team should it, and the good part is that the org-roam-ui code is , so they can really use it as a reference!

I think the graph to be one of the most useful things on Obsidian, unfortunately needs a bit of rework in my opinion 🙂

@frayoshi It would be a GPL copyright violation for the obsidian team to reference the actual org roam source code directly. They would need to release their code under the GPL as well

I wouldn't mind if they did @tiang :) Tgey could release the code just for such functionality...

But you have a point.. still they could develop their ideas with their code starting from there!

sidenote: I really wish org-roam will become mobile friendly one day >.< tried using the android version, and via SSH, but the experience is on another level compared to obsidian :ablobsigh:
Maybe with the new things will be different, who knows...

@frayoshi Org definitely needs to improve on the mobile interoperability. There are some good apps like orgzly, but I have given up on Org-agenda because I can't easily track it between my phone and computer.

I'm thinking I may try moving everything into git repos and see if that improves my workflow. For me syncing is the big issue because I am not an Org-roam user

@tiang I also use n
(revived), I managed to make it work by syncronizing with syncthing, but as a receive only only mode, as I found that when editing calendar entries, Orgzly kinda messes then up 😅 What I miss is a calendar view, that would be most helpful.. at the moment I'm just using the 7days widget, which does not really give depth on what's combing..
